There are only 4 weeks to go, which means we’re in the final stretch! Let’s start off by visiting our favorite tree, practicing some heeling, and taking a brisk five minute walk to ensure that everybody is warmed up and ready to go. You’ll be doing this workout three times a week with one full day of rest in between each session. Make sure to stay hydrated and let’s kick off week 8.
