It’s already week 7 of our 12 week doggie training program which comes courtesy of “Pooch to 5k”. Before we get into the workout always remember to make a visit to your favorite tree, practice some heeling, and take a brisk five minute walk to ensure you and your pup are properly warmed up. With that out of the way let’s jump into week 7. You’ll be doing this routine three days a week with one full day of rest in between each session.

-Jog 18 minutes without walking
-Warm down with a walk
