Group Classes

Our group classes are taught using force free methods and can be great for dogs who are ready to deal with the distractions of other dogs, or those who need the social structure.

With the exception of the “Out and About” class, all other classes meet at Rocco’s Pack Dog Training.

Each class meets on a specific day and time
Classes are either 4 or 6 weeks
Classes are offered in the daytime and evening
All classes are for 1 hour

Only regular buckle or snap collars or harnesses.
Only fixed length leashes.
All puppies and dogs must be up to date on all required vaccinations based on their age and booster schedule
All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
BYOT Bring your own treats

Beginner Classes

Puppy Socialization and Obedience

Class is offered starting on December 4th at 6pm and on December 8th at 11am on an ongoing basis for six weeks consecutively. Puppy Socialization is one of the best things you can do for yourself and for your puppy. We’ll cover all the basics so you can enjoy puppy-hood. Class takes place indoors.

Basic Socialization and Obedience

Class starts on November 14 at 6pm on an ongoing basis for 6 weeks. Class is appropriate for dogs 5 months of age or older that do not already have any previous experience. We’ll cover sit, stay, come, leave it and lots more. Class takes place inside and outside our facility.

Intermediate Classes

Leash Manners

Class starts on December 17th at 10am and 6pm. Walking on a leash is an important aspect of you and your dog’s life and wellness routine. This class teaches you how to drive the walks, so they can be more joyful.

Rocket Recall

Class starts on December 19th at 10am and 6pm. If you know the importance of a solid recall cue, you know the value of this class. . Don’t miss out. We have a daytime and an evening class to suit your availability!

Advanced Classes

Out N’ About

Class starts on February 11th at 7:30PM and February 13th at 11:30AM and meets at a different location each week. This is an advanced class and in order to PAWticipate, your dog must have completed puppy class and BOTH of the topic classes, “Leash Manners” AND “Rocket Recall”

Tricks

Class starts on February 12th at 7:00PM and February 14th at 11:00AM. If you have a dog that LOVES to train and you’ve completed either the “Puppy” or “Basic Obedience” class, you’re eligible for this class. We’ll cover “high five”, “spin”, “rollover” and must more!
